Alliance and it’s Projects Learning Through the Years

Throughout the lifespan of the Women & Girls Alliance – Leeds’s (WGAL) development, they have through their funded projects captured learning.

Since forming in 2016 learning has been captured through formal evaluations, internal reviews or from stakeholders, women and girls and services users, especially those who were supported through the Complex Needs Service.

W&GAL are sharing learning to help empower other women’s groups and organisations to grow and join a movement to challenge systemic change.

To share learning a Tool Kit was created through the Empowering Systems Change project. This Tool Kit is designed to signpost to tips, reports, documents and activities which have informed the Alliance’s and Project developments to date.

The Tool kit can be access by clicking the “Best Practice tool kit” image below.

It is interactive and opens in another page and by clicking on subject headings within the document it will take you to that section. These include:

Strategic Alliance Development
Project Management
The Complex Needs Service
The Women’s Speak Group
Communications
Resources and Reports
